DoJ pressure to withdraw subpoena

Sibel just tweeted this:

UPDATE: DOJ Pressures Ohio Elections Commission to immediately withdraw their subpoena order because DC is not within their jurisdiction...

It isn't clear yet whether that pressure has been successful.
